Our project assessment forms are generally completed once per month inline with your clients monthly progress claims. To avoid unnecessary uploading of forms each month there are a number of ways that you 'short cut' the process by using our blue 'repeat previous month' buttons or our 'nothing to upload' buttons. The short cut buttons are more likely to be used by sub contractors and suppliers.

The blue 'repeat previous month' buttons are found on the bottom right hand side of your screen and can be used when the following occurs:
If the data you need to upload for a particular month is more or less the same as the previous month you can consider using the 'repeat' button to save time, we suggest that any variance in the data when using the repeat buttons is included in a subsequent month to ensure accuracy in your total values.

The blue 'nothing to upload' buttons are found on the bottom right hand side of your screen and can be used when the following occurs:
If you have no data to upload for a particular month you can consider using the 'nothing to upload' button to save time. This may occur when you are not on site, have not procured or manufactured anything and have no resources working on the project either site, office or manufacturing based.
